SUPERVISOR PROJECT
- Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical). or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of mechanical-electrical especially in the field of construction and Building Maintenance
- Mastery of English (oral/written)
- Maximum age of 35 years
- Proficient in Computer Software (Microsoft Office and MS. Project, Autocad,Sketch up, 2 D or 3 D
- Understand mechanical and electrical systems
- Able to communicate well (internally and externally)
- Have a leadership spirit
- Have project management skills including controlling budgets, schedules and quality of work
- Honest, responsible, tenacious Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth running and timeliness of project implementation
- Responsible for the request and use of materials in the field

- Make weekly work plans and arrange assignments Executors so that project implementation goes well in accordance with the project monthly schedule and report the results Project Manager and the Board

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carry out project planning for the scope of work MEP, HVAC, IT, starting from the Pre-Construction stage (Design, Tender, and RAB ), construction to hand over projects.
- Leading several projects running concurrently at one time.
- Mastering Project contract documents (WO, RAB, Drawings, Material & Equipment Specifications and RKS) and creating project implementation strategies.
- Make a Project Implementation Plan which includes: Implementation Schedule and S curve, Implementation Method, Work Plan (determination of tools, materials, personnel, finance) weekly. Sub -contractor plans, foremen and personnel and main suppliers. OSH Program
- Arrange and coordinate project staff. and projects ongoing
- Coordinating methods and sequencing of MEP work, VAC with Structural work, Mechanical Engineering
- Ensuring projects are completed with good quality, according to the specified schedule and in accordance with the Implementation
- Coordinating internally with divisions others in the Company's internal such as Cost Control, Finance, Purchasing, Technical Admin, and others.
- Process all drawings and approval documents with the Owner. Make reports and present reports that contain project progress, problems and solutions in Indonesian and English.
- Conduct project evaluations and provide reports to the Project Manager and Directors.
- Responsible for making work items plus or minus during the project.
