PROJECT MANAGER
- S1 Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager / Site Manager in the field of Civil and Mechanical Electrical Projects
- Maximum age 45 years old
- Mastering English (oral / written)
- Mastering Computer Software (Microsoft Office and MS. Project, Autocad, Sketch up, 2 D and 3 D.
- Understand project management techniques, risks, and strategic planning.
- Able to manage and control budgets, use of materials and allocate project resources according to RAP / RAB.
- Able to plan, control, evaluate, execute / carry out and report project work on time according to the time line and quality of results set by the company and or the work owner Ensure and be responsible for the results of the executor's work in accordance with company standards
- Evaluate the work results of supervisors and executors, including the use of tools, use of materials and services in accordance with applicable Implementation Methods and Safety Standards and reports to the Project Manager
- Able to carry out planning and mobilization of workforce, work tools, raw materials and work infrastructure.
- Able to build good relationships with job owners / companies / customers, related departments, vendors, sub-contractors, government officials, and related stage holders.
- Have good leadership, analytical and problem solving. Familiar with QHSE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading project planning for the scope of work MEP, HVAC, IT, starting from the stage Pre-Construction (Design, Tender, and RAB), construction to hand over project.
- Leading several projects running concurrently at one time.
- Mastering Project contract documents (WO, RAB, Drawings, Material & Equipment Specifications and RKS) and creating project implementation strategies.
- Make a Project Implementation Plan which includes:
- Implementation Schedule and S curve, Implementation Method, Work Plan(determination of tools, materials, personnel, finance) weekly. Sub-contractor plans, foremen and personnel and main suppliers. OSH Program
- Arrange and coordinate project staff. Controlling the work of the Site Manager / Project Coordinator / Supervisor and projects. ongoing
- Coordinating methods and sequencing of MEP, VAC work with Structural, Architectural and Interior work. Ensuring the project is completed with good quality, according to the specified schedule and in accordance with the Implementation
- Coordinating internally with other divisions within the Company such as Cost Control, Finance, Purchasing, Technical Admin, and others.
