Pure Water Generation System
The water production process in this system utilizes advanced international technology combined with local raw water quality conditions. This system provides users with solutions such as energy efficiency, low operational costs, excellent water quality, easy operation, and high hygienic standards. In addition, the system can adapt to various raw water qualities and meets validation requirements in accordance with GMP and US FDA standards.
Pure Steam Generation System
Using purified water as the feed, pure steam is generated through preheating and steam heating processes. The system adopts falling film evaporation and spiral separation principles, resulting in cleaner steam, lower endotoxin levels, and reduced consumption of purified water compared to similar equipment.
Water for Injection (WFI) Preparation System
Heated by steam and using purified water as feed, this system produces Water for Injection (WFI) that meets the quality standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). The machine adopts spiral separation and falling film evaporation principles, providing significant energy savings and superior water quality.
Liquid Distribution System Module
The liquid distribution module refers to equipment that integrates storage tanks and piping into a single prefabricated module based on process requirements.
Advantages:
- Optimized piping design, compact installation, and space-saving.
- Fast installation process, not affected by cleanroom construction progress.
- Supports smooth validation processes.
Clean Water Distribution System Installation
1. Distribution System
Includes storage tanks, sanitary pumps with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), and double tubesheet heat exchangers. The system is designed to ensure return flow velocity ≥ 1 m/s to prevent stagnation and microbial growth. Equipped with online monitoring for conductivity and Total Organic Carbon (TOC).Water temperature is controlled according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and supports Sterilization In Place (SIP).
2. Distribution Piping to Points of Use
Water distribution to each point of use is designed based on specific temperature and flow requirements. The piping system is engineered to:Prevent contamination due to backflow (siphon effect)Maintain water quality integrity Ensure safe, hygienic operation compliant with pharmaceutical validation standards
